Lynne Foster - Technical Director

After leaving university in 2002 with a First Class Honours degree in Media Technology, Lynne set up as a freelance web designer and worked for design agencies in both Glasgow and Aberdeen developing bespoke content managed websites and websites for several tourist trails and sites within Grampian. After two years freelancing she joined a Glasgow based web design company where she worked as the Senior Web Developer and Team Leader for two years. After missing the excitement of working for herself, Lynne and Ryan decided to set up PoLR. Her previous experience enables her to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on spec. and on budget.

Calum MacLeod - Head of Search

Calum started off in web design before developing an interest in SEO. He worked for 2 years in a Glasgow based webdesign and SEO company before moving to PoLR in early 2009. He has had many great successes with his internet marketing clients and attributes this to his desire to constantly learn about his clients' businesses and markets. Calum is a huge fan of social media and networking and can often be found catching up on his preferred blogs and updating his twitter status! Calum is responsible for ensuring his clients achieve targeted relevant traffic to their website through up-to-date and always 'White Hat' SEO methods!
