What was asked for...

Key Player was formerly Edinburgh Organ Studio and as Edinburgh Organ Studio they enjoyed several productive years as SEO clients of PoLR and enjoyed many fantastic positions for lucrative and competitive keywords.

Unfortunately Organ Studio decided to leave us 2 years ago (there's always a cheaper SEO out there!) and sad as we were to see them go we wished them well and always sent a Christmas card to say Hello! But like all good tales, ours had a happy ending...

Now named Key Player, Scotland’s Digital Piano and keyboard instrument specialist, they have returned to PoLR for a new SEO campaign after finding out that once "contracts were signed with other SEO companies, that personal attention was missing!"

What we are doing...

It's early days but already we're showing Key Player results in terms of SERPS, Social Media interaction and new ideas. We have:

  • Increased Facebook fanbase by1670%
  • Gained a newsletter database of over 300 subscribers
  • Increased traffic by 52% in the two months since we took over the SEO campaign
  • Increased traffic from Google by 93% in the same period

We have done this through an Internet Marketing campaign that has the aim of not only gaining desired search positionings but to place Key Player in a stronger online position that in it's previous incarnation; Edinburgh Organ Studio.

Key Player want to :

  • Spread the company name online and drive more clients to the (offline) showroom
  • Drive more traffic to the shop and increase the number of sales that are processed online
  • Build an online community to build the Key Player brand as an expert in the digital piano field

We began by making fixes to the website that had been highlighted in the Free Website Healthcheck we'd supplied to Kerr. These fixes include redirecting from the original site to the new Key Player one, an important area that was unfortunately not utilised given the strength of the original website and its positioning in the search results.

A lnk building campign is also underway to target the keywords that are most desireable for Key Player. Social Media accounts are being used to gain Key Player an online community and to promote them within Central Scotland.
