Ryan switched from studying Mathematics to Quantity Surveying where he worked on large projects such as the Scottish Parliament and the RBS world headquarters in Edinburgh. He went on to work in sales and business development for a company dealing in exhibitions and moved into online sales and key account management. Ryan is responsible for developing relationships with our clients in order to nurture their online development and plays a key role in the communication between the company and the client. He is highly skilled in improving a client's annual expenditure in terms of overseeing that the budget they spend each year is used for maximum return on investment by providing a ‘hands on’ attitude and implementing marketing & advertising strategies to improve the effectiveness of the campaign and always working closely with the clients that come to PoLR.

After leaving university in 2002 with a First Class Honours degree in Media Technology, Lynne set up a freelance Glasgow web design business and worked for design agencies in both Glasgow and Aberdeen developing bespoke content managed websites for several tourist trails and sites within Grampian. After two years freelancing she joined a Glasgow based web design company where she worked as the Senior Web Developer and Team Leader for two years. Her previous experience enables her to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on spec. and on budget.
