Edit: Just resolved a dispute for a client for a .uk.com domain. If you have a problem with this contact Centralnic (https://www.centralnic.com/) and they will be more than happy to help. Very helpful, straightforward and a fast turnaround.

Hi Mike, Unfortunately we do not have a list! I do know of a few companies off the top of my head but I don't think it would go down too well if I published the names :-)

When I called Nominet about it they said they knew it happened but they couldn't trace it or easily stop it. I would suggest before taking a domain name from a company you look into a few of their clients and see where their domains are registered. For example, maybe go through their portfolio and see what % are registered to each client. Also, get it in writing that it will be registered to you should you need to raise a dispute at a later date.

Hi guys - just found this through the North South Media blog. I was wondering if you had a list of companies who were up to no good when it came to registering domain names. I use number of registrants, no issues so far, but would ne good to know who to avoid in the future - or if you have any suggestions on who you use.
