POLR was recently contacted by the Glasgow West Regeneration Agency with a view to presenting some workshops on the ‘Benefits of a business having a website‘. Ryan took up the challenge and today he is off to the Whiteinch Community Centre to carry out his workshops. Among other things, it offers support to business start ups which is where Ryan fits in today!

The Glasgow West Regeneration Area aims to regenerate areas within Drumchapel, Yoker, Whiteinch, Scotstoun, Dumbarton Road, Anderston and Townhead.

Opportunities are dedicated to ensuring that local residents in the most disadvantaged communities in Glasgow have localised support, through the provision of training, employment placement and support, employer liaison and business start up to aid individuals, organisations and businesses to achieve their full potential.
