At PoLR, we are committed to gaining your trust and confidence in our company and services. We know how important it is for you to feel your information is secure and with this in mind we will never pass on your information to a third party for marketing purposes and we will only ever use it for the purpose of communication between you and us and providing our web design services.

How we use your information

When you visit the PoLR website we use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information so we can analyse visitor behaviour. Data we record includes but is not limited to, visitor numbers, pages visited and exit pages. We do this so we can continually develop our website to give you a more relevant experience on our site. We do not make any attempt to identify any individual visiting our website.

We also gather information that will allow us to form a quote, manage your account and to carry out work you instruct us to. This information includes but is not limited to such items as:

• company name
• scope of work

This information is for internal use only. No information will be passed to a third-party unless you request this in writing.

If at any point we do need to gather personal information we will always be clear about what we are collecting and why.

How Long We Store Your Information

We will store personal information for as long as required to complete a task or service for which you have instructed us. We will also keep it for as long as required for accountancy and legal purposes.

Newsletter Sign Ups

We use a third-party provider, Mailchimp for our newsletter. This allows us to gather data around newsletter opens, forwards, links clicked to help use develop out newsletters for a more relevant experience. The idea being that we can more easily send you information you will be interested in. You can opt-out of the newsletter at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the newsletter or by emailing office@polr.co.uk
